Description
Palafer Iron Therapy Ferrous Fumarate Suspension delivers 300 mg ferrous fumarate, which is equivalent to 100 mg elemental iron per 5 mL or teaspoon, or 20 mg per mL. Palafer Iron Therapy Ferrous Fumarate Suspension is an iron supplement that is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia. This syrup comes in a cherry flavor.

Caution/Warning:
- Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child.
- It may cause nausea or, rarely, vomiting.
- It may cause constipation -- to prevent this, drink plenty of water or juice, and eat more dietary fiber;
- It may give stool a black color
- It may cause indigestion
