Indications:
Occasional constipation can stem from diet, stress, or travel.
Senokot natural laxatives offer gentle, overnight constipation relief (typically in 6-12 hours).
Constipation symptoms can be irregular, painful, or infrequent bowel movements, & hard stools. Get overnight relief with natural senna, without using enemas or suppositories.

Directions for use:
Adult Dose:
2-4 tablets once or twice daily, preferably at bedtime.
Per Tablet Dose: 8.6 mg standardized sennosides from natural senna.
Max Daily Dose: 68.8 mg standardized sennosides*.
* Total daily dose not to exceed 8 tablets
Children Aged 6-12:
2-4 tablets once or twice daily, preferably at bedtime.
Per Tablet Dose: 8.6 mg standardized sennosides from natural senna.
Max Daily Dose: 34.4 mg standardized sennosides*.
