It is formulated with patented polydextrose iron complex (PDIC), a non-ionic delivery system that allows the iron to be delivered to the bloodstream without coming in contact with the stomach or upper gastrointestinal tract. This non-ionic formulation leads to improved iron absorption by the body and greatly reduces adverse side effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and epigastric pain associated with many other iron formulations.

Directions for use:
Adult Dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
